Just a 25 minutes to Downtown San Francisco via the Pittsburg/Baypoint line ($4.40). Easy access to Oakland and SFO and OAK airports, too. There is bike parking here and free parking after 3 PM.

Keep in mind, finding a parking space on weekdays after 7 a.m. can be very difficult.
