A very good place to eat low budget but good quality. Behind Kalverstraat. Fries, salad and salmon but also beef, and chicken sticks are very popular.

My favorite restaurant. Great steaks with fries. Try the premium beer on the tap: De Konick. Small menu list, great service. Sometimes the local cat will hang out here too. A typical 'Brown Cafe'. Wooden interior, nice lights and replica's of paintings of painters from the 17th century. My favorite: the Peppersteak + a beer 'De Koninck'. It's about 15 euros total Note: it can get crowded and will be noisy and warm.

One of my friends owns this bar and restaurant with his brother. Het Pakhuis (The Warehouse) is located just behind the big shopping street kalverstraat. Come in for a beer or a delicious meal.
