175th & Broadway. The delivery menu to the best Latino restaurant in the Heights is online. Our stay at home go-to. Their broiled chicken is the best in NYC, their sweet plantains are like little kisses, red beans and yellow rice, a bottle of cold El Presidente from the deli. Perfection. If you're going I recommend after 2 a.m. when the clubs let out.
