Great spot for date night. Tiny restaurant, so it's best for smaller parties, and reservations are recommended. Incredible food and a mighty whiskey selection.

Previously housed in a re-purposed storage container with seating for 45, this Gulch standout from executive chef Matt Bolus upgraded to a much larger space late last year, and doesn't seem to have missed a beat. The menu has also expanded a bit, with a selection of salads and larger format dishes. And if you're looking for a drink, head to Gertie's Bar downstairs, dedicated to unique cocktails and the largest whiskey selection in the city.

This Gulch staple from executive chef/partner Matt Bolus and his team has been given a huge upgrade, to say the least. Moving just across the street, the restaurant now has nearly quadruple the seating, a private dining space, and Gertie's Bar, a dedicated downstairs drinking den. The additional kitchen space also allows Bolus to continue to put out the signature dishes he's become known for, while also adding in some new large format additions like bone-in rib eye for two.
