Lake Podpeč is a small, but in many ways special natural pearl on the edge of the Ljubljana. It is almost completely round, but very deep. Water from the lake drains underground, through a deep funnel. There is a small swimming area by the lake in summer.

Water from the lake runs off underground through a deep funnel. During summer a small bath is organized on the lake and fishing is also possible. It gets pretty crowdy in the summer, cool place to relax and eat some slovenian food & drink slovenian beer in the restaurant near the lake =)
