Some of the best bread and baked goods in the country are about a block away. (No joke: Head baker Evan Andres has been nominated for three James Beard Awards.) It’s hard to go wrong here, but our favorites include the breads, the ham and cheese croissant, the salami sandwich, and the tortas. Also, the cakes.
