Excellent hike that is 7 miles roundtrip, which allows you to get to the highest point in between the Rockies and The Swiss Alps.

The highest summit in the United States east of the Rocky Mountains, Harney Peak has amazing views of the Black Hills. It is also the site of Black Elk's "Great Vision" and is worth the hike up!
