A park with a lighthouse at the northern tip of the island. You can either walk there or take the free red shuttle bus to Octogon and walk from there. Great view of the Upper East Side, and Astoria!

Not as lavish as the Four Freedom Park on the other end of the island, but charming in its simplicity. A nice, quiet park featuring a lighthouse.

At the other end of Roosevelt Island, a small park with grills for BBQing and relaxing on a nice spring/summer day.
