This is my second favorite noodle shop. Second because it gets so busy, you need to get aggressive to put in an order. The noodles are made fresh which gives them a chewier, springier, more fun to eat texture. Be prepared for a line!

My favorite place in China Town. Super cheap, huge portions of fresh, authentic hand-pulled noodles and noodle soups.

Get the hand pulled noodles and try to peek a look at the chef as he makes your food. It is really cool to watch. The food is also delicious and well known in the neighborhood. Best noodles in da hood
