Shop for utilitarian pieces as well as decorative pieces of pottery by the owner/artist. Also available are paintings, jewelry, glass objects and note cards. A must see place with something for everyone. Also offered are classes and sessions for would-be artists of all ages.

Mark's pottery is fabulous, he has been featured on a local PBS documentary, he caters to children & has lots of fun stuff for them to do. His gallery showcases several other local artists.

A special shout-out to just one of the many wonderful art galleries and studios in Salida. Mark, the owner, is an extremely gifted potter and has some beautiful pieces along with many small and affordable gift options. There are several other artists represented as well. For families and groups, they also have paint-your-own pottery that you can do in the studio in the back of the store.

They don't have a great website - but they DO have pottery for kids to paint. They will fire it up for you, usually ready within a week or they can ship. Really fun to do even during COVID.
