Home to the highest peak in San Diego county and a multitude of hiking trails. Go early before the crowds and the heat. Dogs may be restricted in the summer months. Bring water! Located 1.8 miles away or four minutes by car.

“We walk to the lake almost every day. Note that the trail does not go in a complete circle. If you go the end of the 4 mile trail you will have to turn around to get back. They rent boats, canoes, bikes etc in the park. If you fish you need a license.”
