Visit Rock Island for the day via the Rock Island ferry. Remember there is a last ferry for the day to get back to Washington Island! Take a hike to the historic lighthouse. Explore the sand beach on the east side of the island. End with a visit to the large boat house made of stones.

Rock Island is a beautiful place to visit, but you will want a few hours at the very least to see the island. Favorite sights on Rock Island are the boathouse, white sand beach, and restored lighthouse. Take a second ferry to Rock Island.
