Eindhoven has a spaceship – or more specifically a “flying saucer” that you should definitely see. Let’s be serious – this is just a very cool building. The futuristically designed building was completed in 1966 by Philips – and you’ll learn more about the company as we go. These days, it’s a conference centre that gets used quite frequently. It was also the location of a former science museum. In any case, the building has come to represent the technology and innovation happening in the city – so go and check it out. No you haven't spotted a UFO, its The Evoluon, which is world famous( In Eindhoven) for it's peculiar shape, While you may think there are aliens or mad scientists at work on the inside, it's an art gallery, museum and lecture hall.

Originally a science museum, the distinctively designed Evoluon in Eindhoven is now a sleek, modern conference center. There isn't much to do there now but it's fun to see if you have a car.

Conference centre and former museum erected by the Philips company in 1966. Unique due to its futuristic design,resembling a landed flying saucer. it has become a landmark and a symbol for the city.
