This place has wonderful food and drink – a bit pricey but worth it. Located in downtown Rolla they have the freshest sea food around – really. My son-in-law is from Vermont and can’t believe the seafood here is better than at home. Their Shrimp and Grits is popular. When we go I get their rib-eye – it is EXCELLENT and my husband often gets their lambchops (superb) or Shrimp Po Boy. I recommend any of their salads (in Wedge salads alone they have three choices!). IF they have the special appetizer of tuna and won tons with slaw – take it. They are amazing!!!!!

In my opinion, the best fine dining restaurant in Rolla! Salt-Water serves seafood and American cuisine.

This is a classy restaurant with high end sea food. Excellent cocktails! Believe it or not you can get one of the best burgers too!
