“A vibrant mix of street food outlets and bars set in shipping containers. This is literally just as you get off the Selby to York bus. In the summer it is our personal favourite as the top section is a real sun trap.”

“The Shambles is a 'must see', its very thin and very old with a cobbled street, just how you imagine streets used to be! You must look up to see the buildings above the shop fronts, its fascinating! There are Harry Potter shops here and lots of little independent shops.”

“Open Tuesday-Sunday from 12pm. Brew York is an independent brewery in the heart of York. The tap room provides a lively, sociable place to enjoy craft beers and Born to Lose Burger kitchen supply delicious (and massive!) burgers & fries (including a really good vegan burger) as well as their ‘non traditional’ Sunday lunch.”
