Lucua is located right next to Osaka station. Big mall with 11 floors, many shops and restaurants. Close to the tourist information center as well. We actually enjoyed the non-clothing stores that sell stationery, trinkets and home stuff. You will get a view on Osaka from the park on the 10th or 11th floor.
