Located right in front of El Capitolio, this restaurant has 3 floors, go to the top floor thats where the locals eat and the prices are for the locals (walk through the expensive part of the restaurant to get to the top floor). Only on the top floor you can see the chefs hard at work making the meals for you.The portions are big enough that you have to take left overs with you The waiters speak english
