A bit further afield, but every bit of this is western Oregon at it's most attractive -- from the drive up the Molalla River canyon, to the hike through majestic forest, to the sweeping views from the top of Table Rock itself. Only caveat? Lots of exposure at the top of Table Rock. Perfectly safe for adults and kids with a basic survival instinct, but probably not where I would take a toddler or a particularly disobedient youngster.
