Castel Thun E’ un monumentale fabbricato civile-militare fra i più ben conservati dei Trentino. Il palazzo baronale, slanciato in verticale, con tre torrette a cuspide gotica, si eleva al centro dei sistema fortificato che, verso l'attuale ingresso, la Porta spagnola, è composto da ben cinque torri, dal ponte levatoio e da un profondo fossato. Varcata la porta dei ponte levatoio, ci si trova nel più singolare ingresso dei castelli trentini. Si tratta dei Colonnato dominato dalle due torri medievali merlate dette delle prigioni. A 33km di distanza.
