The talented Benito Gomez of Tragata won his first Michelin star in December 2017 and just 18 months after Bardal first opened its doors and his second in 2019. There are two tasting menus and the slightly shorter one is perfect for evenings. Definitely a very expensive option. Menus start at 150€ per person
