Kolache Rolf’s is a great breakfast place to try authentic Czech kolaches. They are only open for breakfast and lunch.

Kolache Rolf's is SO close and SO delicious...Breakfast and lunch served here. Rolf's story is a local one, he uses Slovacek [local] sausage in his Kolache's and Rodney who is accustomed to kolaches from germantown Texas: Moulton and Schulenburg area ~ really likes the poppy seed and cottage cheese too.
