The best "real" coffee in the area. They also have Jenny Lind bakery items which are out of this world amazing! Try the cardamom or Icelandic rolls.

A new and very nice place for tea or coffee. My wife says they make great coffee. Being a tea drinker I have to take her word for it. 440 is located about 1/2 block up-rive from the Harbor View.
