Philly has an excellent bike share program. Docks are everywhere.

Cheap $4 per half an hour to rent a bike and there a ton of stations where you can drop the bike off at. Please check the map at the station for the nearest dock to where you want to go.

This is a great way to see the city and you can pick up a bike and park them at many locations in the city.
