Most of our guests arrive on Schiphol Airport, the biggest Airport of the Netherlands. The distance to our Airbnb is about 55 km. The best way to travel, is to rent a car at Schiphol. Public transport in the Netherlands is good in itself, but very expensive and often there are many transfer moments that cause a lot of delay. The Eurostat statistical office has calculated that Dutch public transport is the most expensive in Europe (2019) For the money from a return ticket Maastricht (south) - Groningen (north) you can easily take the plane to Eastern Europe and back. In fact: it is even cheaper. The Netherlands leads the ranking of all 28 EU countries! If you travel with a group of people, it is advisable to rent a car (at Schiphol). Faster and cheaper!
