Since 1885 we have not been able to get enough of it. With enthusiasm we go for hospitality, quality and experience from early in the morning until late at night. Schimmel is a household name in Woudenberg and the surrounding area. What once started as a station restaurant from which the stagecoach departed is now a modern conference center with four beautiful bowling lanes, a comfortable hotel *** and a great brasserie. Above all, we want to make it easy for you. You don't have to go from location to location. For example, a luxury lunch followed by an event arranged down to the last detail, dinner in the evening and then, of course, relaxing with a game of bowling. Stay sleeping? No problem! After a major renovation and major renovation, we opened our beautiful à la carte restaurant Brasserie 1885 in 2015. Here you will find everything to do with gastronomy.
