The local donut shop. It's locally owned and feels right out of the 1950s. It's full to capacity with folks of all ages every Saturday morning. Classic Americana.

Local donut shop, a Des Moines classic that's been around since I was a little girl! (Not the most colorful/modern seating area, but the donuts are always fresh and amazing as can be!)

A great family owned doughnut shop with good coffee, and they also make the celebrated Des Moines specialty, champagne cake!
