Very unique place, cozy and worth a visit. Almost only serve food with clams.

One of our favourite restaurants and if you like mussels I can guarantee that you won’t be disappointed. This place is open during the extended summer period and weekends during autumn and spring. It’s also pretty small so to be sure, book a table. Check out their website where you can also find a menue.

Fresh local mussels, a desert buffet and cold white wine accompanied by sea views, friendly staff and a fantastic premises full of turn of the century charm. It is worth taking a walk nearby to take in some of the stunning turn of the century architecture in Lyckorna Ljungskile. A 20 - 25 minute drive from our bnb.

Local food and good food! Try their blue mussel from their outdoor pantry, it’s delicious. If you have some extra time you can even go on a guided blue mussel safari. To call for a table could be good, it’s often fully booked during high season.

Specialising in Mussells farmed a few hundred yards offshore and harvested fresh daily, the restaurant also has it's own micro-brewery. They also offer fishing expeditions out to their mussel farm in the fjord.
