The Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium is a municipal sports venue located on the Montjuic mountain in the Sants-Montjuïc district, in Barcelona, Spain. The original stadium was inaugurated on May 20, 1929, by King Alfonso XIII, a day after the inauguration of the International Exhibition.

The stadium of Montjuic which regroups the Olympic Ring Esplanade, The Palau Sant Jordi and the Sant Jordi Club receives sport events and concerts. You can consult its agenda on its site. Opening hours : From 8am to 8pm. You can reach the place by Subway Line 1 and 3 from Plaça Espanya.

ROUTE E - Estadio Olímpico (18 minutes walk distance from Palau Sant Jordi) Designed by architect Pere Domènech i Roura, the Olympic Stadium was opened on 20 May 1929 for the Barcelona Universal Exposition. The second-largest stadium in the world at the time.
