The breakfast food here is AMAZING! Order the ricotta pancakes, to die for. It's a small place so it fills up fast. Either get there early or late to avoid a long wait. Even if you have to wait, it's worth it.

Tiny downtown diner with great food, and a $7 traditional breakfast, coffee included. Try the cinnamon roll.

Highly rated breakfast spot inside the Grand Army of the Republic Building which was similar to an American Legion Hall for retired Union Soldiers.

Oh wow you gotta go here for breakfast or lunch!!! Small, unpretentious, arguably the best breakfast in Detroit! Nice decor, historic building! Reasonable prices! Downtown location!

Fun place to eat b/c this used to be the actual office for Detroit Parks & Recreation. Nice scenery. Local farm fare makes for a great menu. They serve excellent mimosas and Bloody Marys, too!
