Garger HaZahav – Hummus for Hipsters Garger HaZahav is a small Hummus restaurant which operates in the Levinski market and offers a wide variety of Hummus plates, falafel and salads. The hummus is very trendy, especially in peak time which is usually at lunch, so you might have to wait a few minutes in order to get a table, but the service is very kind and you will always get the best treatment from the waitresses. Prices are average for Hummus plate and they also have a lunch combo of salad plus hummus plus drink in affordable prices.
