Hands down the absolute best donuts anywhere after a long day in the surf. Hand crafted and topped with every topping imaginable. Some of my favorite flavors are Strawberry Heaven, Chocolate Eclair and Double Chocolate Fudge.

If you are looking to mix it up and have some yummy flavors Zen Bistro has the best Thai food in the city! The do take out and sit down and are open for lunch and dinner. My favorite is the Pad Thai

Sightseeing
Live music is hosted all summer long as well as a weekly Fireworks display every Saturday night! They always have something happening and our beach bungalow is located within walking distance!

The speedway got a MAJOR face lift this year! I was just there last week for the derby races. Tons of fun and so much to see and learn. A lot of history. They do tours and will even let you (for a fee) race on the track!

Parks & Nature
One of my all time favorite places in the world! FULL of marine life including stingrays, dolphins, sharks, manatees, pelicans, starfish, sand dollars and more!
Every time I go I see amazing things. Plus they have a dog park and have grills for grilling out.
The jetty is wonderful for fishing (you must have a permit though) and sightseeing all of the surfers and wind surfers.
Rent Jet skis or do a boat charter.

I bring my son here all the time! See giant lager head turtles that are being rehabilitated. They also have lots of other sea and land life as well. Eagles, sharks, fish and more. A really nice time.
