Village Books is considered the epicenter of Fairhaven and for good reason. If you love books, you will totally get it. From the wooden floors, high ceilings and big windows with lots of areas to sit and read, it is an iconic local building that is much loved and revered by Bellinghamsters. Upstairs there is a coffee shop with soups, salads and sandwiches. Downstairs and next door is another restaurant (The Colophon Cafe) as well as Paper Dreams, a card and gift shop but much much more.
