LOVE the sushi and the vibe here. There is a special every night and live music twice a week! They also have good happy hour deals 4-6pm and 10pm to close most days of the week!

Weekends year round and Wednesday nights in the summer this farmers market is open with people selling flowers, food, veggies, handmade crafts, breads, jams, and all kinds of other goods. There is great people watching here and something for everyone!

This is at the end of the streetcar line across the street from Union Station. It is a beautiful place to take a walk, ride bikes, get married (we did!). It has a magnificent view of downtown from high on the hill or if you want even more heights you can go up to the top of the tower! Also the National WWI Museum is housed inside!

This is at the end of the streetcar line across the street from Union Station. It is a beautiful place to take a walk, ride bikes, get married (we did!). It has a magnificent view of downtown from high on the hill or if you want even more heights you can go up to the top of the tower! Also the National WWI Museum is housed inside!

This is right on the corner and it has EVERYTHING. The sad part is that it closes at 7pm!

1/3 of the square footage in this store is devoted to wine, beer and liquor lol! It has at least one brand of everything you might need but it is made for downtown living and tourists. There are lots of options for fresh made and ready made food so you can have a good meal without actually buying all the ingredients for cooking nor spending the money on a sit down restaurant.

Every first Friday of the month all of the galleries are free and stay open late, streets get blocked off and the masses converge on this part of the city. Wander in and out of pop up galleries, established galleries and street art throughout the night. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area too which are worth checking out any night!
