A great, local Italian restaurant. The food is fantastic and they have a great drinks menu. Note that it gets busy on the weekends so you may have to wait at the bar for a table. Accepts cash only.

Although I am not a huge coffee drinker, I frequent here often! The coffee is rich and they offer alternatives to milk should you have any dietary restrictions. They also serve baked goods!

Have you ever eaten Chicken & Waffles? If not, do yourself a favor and visit Sweet Chick. It may sound like a strange combination, but having tried it, I can safely say that I have been converted!

Great spot for a healthy snack! My personal favorite is the Harvey Wallbanger Smoothie (get it with the works). A bit pricey but worth it for the quality ingredients that they use.

Probably one of the best known breakfast joints in NYC. Worth a visit but be prepared to queue for a long time if visiting on the weekend. Offers quick service, an expansive menu and great food.

A few blocks from our apartment, Soho offers an array of clothing stores & restaurants. It is a beautiful area, full of character, and it is well worth visiting for a Sunday stroll.

This cinema showcases new films not usually shown in the bigger theaters. Famous for it's unique film selection & quirky food choices, they also host midnight showings of old school movies. Love it!
