This is our favorite yoga studio. HOT YOGA, so 100+F, 45 people in a room, inches from others, sweating profusely. Its magical and only $8 per class. Mat rental $2, Towel $2, water $2 if needed.

Getting Around
This is where you take the bus to Times Square/NYC. All the buses go to NYC, and its the next and final stop,~10mins. Most buses are $3.50 cash. NJ transit has an app for credit card payment. From there you can get NYC subway/bus.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant. After 5pm requires a reservation. Gaia makes amazing food and prices are reasonable. I would describe the service as self-serve :). It can be tricky to get a table, we can advise if you want to go here.

This is literally the best coffee shop in the whole of NYC, possibly the world. The beans are flown in from Columbia weekly to be the freshest possible. Colombia exports its best beans... this is where they go.
