Fantastic Taiwanese spot. Great for lunch or dinner. Can be busy and hard to find a seat sometimes but if it's too crowded, just get takeout and walk it back to the house.

Lovely theater with 3 screens. It's been redone but it's retained a very classic small-theater vibe. No reclining seats here, but definitely great first run movies and good popcorn.

3. Every type of Ritter Sport chocolate bar imaginable
4. Green tea Kit Kat bars
5. Wine
6. Ice cream
It's not like a real convenience store where you can buy toilet paper, etc. but it's the best.

Trader Joe's is the best for groceries. Their parking lot can be crazy so we try to street park if we can (and we can usually find metered parking on the block at non-peak hours).
