On check in you will either 1. Meet city relay at their offices to collect keys 2. For late night or weekend out of hours check in you can follow the pictures attached to walk down to the building basement at 96 Warwick Gdns. At the bottom you will see a white electrical cupboard and if you open this you’ll see a set of 2 keys on the bottom panel for you. These keys provide you access to the building main front door at street level and the gold key gives entry to my flat on top floor, which has its own internal staircase and is therefore set aside from the rest of the building
