Huge park, with a few Beer gardens dotted around. It is bigger than central park. So nice in the summer but also on a sunny/snowy Winters day.

This lake is so beautiful. It is Turquoise. You can get a train to Kochel and then a bus to the start of the Herzogstrand walk up to the top. Or if you just want the views take the chair lift up and do a more gentle walk. There is a beer garden at the top.
