Lovely animal sanctuary with daily bird shows, penguins, otters, indoor and outdoor play areas and a nice picnic area for sunny days. This is also walking distance from the cottage.

Steeped in history, your whole family will love a day trip to the island. You can walk over the causeway at low tide or get the boat at high tide. If you're National Trust members you'll be able to visit the castle for free too.

World famous and stunning town nearby. Best option is to park at Lelant Saltings and take the 10 minute scenic train ride into St Ives. Don't forget your camera!
