These are some of my top go-to food places in the area, whether it be a cup of morning joe, or a midnight munch. Some are near the apartment, and others are just some solid favorites in the city.
One of my favorites spots for an affordable, yet very tasty meal. The restaurant is quaint, chill, and pleasurable. They serve very flavorful Mediterranean food.

If you're up for the best tacos in the city, you have to come here. Tacombi has multiple locations within the city, and is the most popular place for good quality Mexican food.

Mexican restaurant with the best guacamole (made side table). The restaurant itself is pretty big, making it ideal for groups. The atmosphere is perfect if you're looking to have a good time, drink some margaritas and eat good food.

They have this incredible brunch where you pay $30 for unlimited brunch menu items for 2 hours, and every single dish is absolutely delicious. $45 comes with unlimited morning drinks as well! It is also has a very artsy vibe, with an authentic and vintage feel to it.

This is a top-notch, large, high-quality local food court with so many different menus to choose from! It is not only an enjoyable atmosphere, but also great for big crowds looking for that taco munch or berry ice cream swirl.

Bbar is a very popular place for 20-30 year olds. It has a party-friendly outdoor patio space and is very spacious for a NYC bar.

If you're going to a club, 1OAK is the one I'd recommend because it is 1- easy to get back to the apt from here, and 2- also one of the better and more well-known clubs in the city. Too long of a line? Go around the corner to its sister club - Avenue.

There are many things you can do at Central Park. Between the Central Park Zoo, a picnic, the Central Park Running Tour, Horse Carriage Ride, Scavenger Hunt, etc. It's a great experience and any time spent there will be enjoyed.
