For a little place "The Little ladder" has a big reputation, breakfasts and lunch made by chief, these guys like to do things a little bit different, they have some great vegetarian options and pride themselves on great coffee.

The "Tin Shed" or "Combines Club" is an iconic spot for us locals, YOU WILL NOT get a better view in Port Douglas, this is where we can go and have a drink, stand on the deck and look out across the Coral Sea through Snapper Island and out to the Daintree and remind yourself why we live here, its a great spot, the deck goes out over the Dickson Inlet and you can sit and enjoy a good meal, cold drink and mix it with the locals while you watch the boat sail past you on there way back in from a day out on the Great Barrier Reef.

Theses guy are passionate about their liquor, if you want your drink heated over flame them strained through ice, mixed, shaken then lovingly poured then this is the place for you, ideal if you want your night to go on a little bit longer.

Great Pub with outdoor seating right on the corner of the main street of town looking across to the Port Douglas markets. Live music out the front and a great Sunset Bar.

They have kept the old pub but built onto it and around, great facilities, big beer garden surrounded by landscaped tropical gardens and lawn, there is also tables and bar stools on the pathway where you can have a beer and watch it all go by, they serve good food and ice cold drink and have an upstairs lounge area and bar.
