Crunchy, granola, organic local co-op where everyone can shop. Good place to people watch, and really get a feel for hipster and hippie Ithaca. Great organic, local and bulk foods. We love this place!!

Great Asian Fusion and interesting sushi--or cooked rolls for sushi beginners. I recommend the Ithaca Roll... or the Tompkins Roll if you like it spicy!

This is one of the finest wineries for the public. We have a lot to offer in this region, but no one does it better than Americana.

Closest winery to downtown. Beautiful grounds, and helpful staff. If you're lucky you might see a wedding! Thursday nights in summer they have live local music.

Ithaca's downtown brewery. In addition to their great variety of beer, Liquid State offers kombucha on tap, local wine, ciders and root beer.
We love the vintage Pacman arcade game here! And although they don't serve more than snack foods (which is creative and yummy), you are allowed to bring food in. We often order take out from some restaurants on State street and set on the patio at Liquid State to enjoy dinner and a drink!

So, it's not exactly an art gallery--but it's a great local pot-shop where community happens everyday. Great local business, and a terrific place for new or seasoned potters to hone their craft. You might get lucky and check out a "try it workshop" if offered.
