Take a hike up the mountain to the ruined Moorish castle at the top. From here you can see the eagles soar beneath and take in the views to the rock of Gibraltar and Africa. The beautiful river Hozgarganta flows through the valley with secret swimming spots. Stop for tapas in the pretty village on the way down of course!
Jimena de la Frontera

A short drive away brings you to this lovely spot. The ruined castle has been restored as an artistic community. Views, history and nature are combined here if you enjoy getting out into the heart of Spain. On the drive there is a very popular ´petting zoo´for the younger members of your group.
