This is the closest you'll get to the Yucatan in the Pacific Northwest. World-class dishes roasted over a huge open fire. Try the mussels with aji amarillo on Sea Wolf bread (best bakery in Seattle - it's next door). Or anything else. It's all amazing. And the cocktails all feel like a day on the beach with a bartender who actually knows the craft.

Uncle Ike's is probably the best pot store in the city. Bring your ID - it's a must - and talk with the budtender about what's right for you. Edibles, sodas / elixirs, and very cheap vapor pens for discreet indulgence also available. Cash only, but there are ATMs in store. Federal law prohibits transportation of cannabis products across the state line, so don't drive outside the state with it or add to the TSA's huge stash at the airport.

Go catch a tour, or just hang out, sip the best and froofiest coffee in town, and get some of that avocado toast you've been hearing about. Free wifi, too. Sometimes there's live music! But even when there's not, you can watch the DJ do his or her thing behind the glass while you're lounging.
