The Market Madrid. The Head chef is a very good friend of mine. We met 20 years ago when we first trained as Chef´s! He is an outstanding cook. Very recommended!

La Arrocería de María. A fantastic restaurant that offers a varied menu in tapas and tradidional Spanish food. Their speciality is rice, which they cook beautifuly! Prices are very good value.

Original Spanish Tavern, if your looking for the real McCoy, this is it! The best jamón, cheese and wine amongst.... It´s a bit pricey but close to main museums and in a great area.
