Los Milagros is a local favorite. There are two locations, one on Relox and the other right on the back side of the Jardin. 5-8 on weekdays they have happy hour with two for one drinks and free botanas if you sit at the bar. There is live music most days. If you go to the front bar in the location on Relox make sure to say hello to the bartender Leo, he'll treat you well.

The bar with the best view in town! Walk into the beautiful Rosewood hotel and take the elevator all the way to the top to the Luna bar. The bar is a rooftop patio overlooking Centro with amazing cocktails and tapas. Amazing place to watch the sunset.
Rosewood is a hotel located in centro but you don't need to have a room there to enjoy some of the amenities. There is a Starbucks in the front, a restaurant and bar inside and Luna bar on the roof. There is also a pool, spa and gym that can be used at a daily fee.
