This place is amazing: coffee, food, alcoholic beverages, they've got it all! Plus it's open 24 hours, so it's great for a bite to eat any time of day or night. Their iced coffee is amazing.

Practically walking distance from the casita, this place is one of our favorite lunch spots or casual dinner take-out places. It's family owned and has authentic, casual Greek food.

This place has AMAZING middle eastern treats and bakery items. They've also got a substantial deli menu, so it's perfect for breakfast or lunch. Definitely get a piece of baklava and Turkish coffee when you stop by here.

One of the most fun, gay-friendly bars nearby. They've got events going on all the time, and the karaoke host is amazing. Great prices on drinks, and they serve food here (which is hard to find at most local bars).

This speakeasy is a little tricky to find (its entrance is in an alley), but it's a local hotspot. Interesting cocktails, hip crowd, and fun events almost every night of the week. Expect large crowds on the weekends!

A great place to see an indie film while enjoying a glass of wine or beer. Tickets are typically cheaper than the "regular" movie theaters, and the experience is much more fun and intimate. They also have fun events like movie trivia once in a while!
