One of the best authentic Indian Restaurant in Brighton. A little off the beaten track but worth it. Very reasonably priced and vegetarian, but this doesn't seem to worry those meat eaters I know who have been as the food is very tasty. It's very popular so you may need to book.

Much further afield but if you enjoy gardens then this is worth a visit. Vita Sackville-West's famous gardens, now National Trust, in intricately designed themed areas. Down side is tht it can get very busy.
