As popular as Vancouver Lookout is as a tourist attraction, you do have to pay an admission fee to get a lift up to the top of the building. Instead, opt for free entry to Cloud 9 in the West End and just enjoy a drink or dessert at the restaurant!

But as soon as you are lured underground by the doorman, be transported to a hip subterranean oasis serving up well crafted drinks with DJs and live music for your late night escapades.
