Fainè or also called Farinata, is a traditional chickpeas pizza cooked in a wooden oven, very simple and very healthy. You can add some more taste with spring onion, bacon, aubergine, anchovies, and much more.. You should try at least once during your stay!

Very nice pizza, cooked with wooden oven, and served by meters of pizza. Very funny if you like try a lot of different taste of pizza, and share a couple of meters of pizza with friends.
